Hannah Nolan / Why Weight Ireland (for free beginners advice and training plans)
Why Weight Ireland was founded by Hannah Nolan after she lost almost 8 stone through exercise and healthy eating. Hannah is also mum of 2, qualified Personal Trainer and Manager of Pat and Karl Henry Fitness Centre. Since reaching her goal weight and taking up running - Hannah has gone on to win both the Novice and Intermediate County Cross Country Championships and also placed 5th in the Kildare Marathon 2012! Hannah has provided running plans for Athletics Ireland, corporate events and also her own clients (25 of which completed the Dublin Marathon 2012 – 90% of these 1st time marathoners!)
